Public organizations are handling more data than ever before. To maximize its usefulness, and for increased transparency, these organizations make their data available on their Open Data portal. These are valuable resources for many types of user, including:
- Engaged citizens;
- Decision makers and planners;
- Business strategists; and
- Data scientists.
To gain a better handle on the data that’s out there, the Datarismus search engine is being developed. This will allow simultaneous searching of a myriad of Open Data portals.
